Still blocked by China
I think your problem may be related to not having Java or plugins enabled (to remain anonymous it's best NOT to enable them). I live in China and have no problem viewing YouTube videos using a free anonymous proxy server – I use “ProxyLord” (www.proxylord.com), but there are many others available.
