Does not connect through the proxy

Hi.

It does not connect with me through the proxy. Only if I disable proxy servers, it connects normally but it shows my real IP adress.

In the preferences the proxy is set on port 8118, which is what it is suppose to be.

In the task manager tor.exe, operator.exe and polipo.exe are running.

Can you please advise me?
