Tor crashes on OperaTor startup

I'm using the final version of OperaTor. It has been working nicely until yesterday. Since then when I start OperaTor tor.exe crashes on startup with the signature below. If I start tor.exe first inside OperaTor folders and then start OperaTor everything works fine. Any ideas how to fix the issue? Thanks!
